Hotel Accommodation and Booking

The following negotiated rates are available to the delegates to the HCDF and RPM-AFR.

Prices include all taxes, service charge and breakfast.
All hotels can be paid in USD or Ugandan Shillings (UGX) as per the prices quoted above. If paying in any other currency, the rate applicable between UGX and that currency will be used.

Kabira Country club is located 12kms from the conference venue, the Fang Fang Hotel & Fairway Hotel are 10kms away, all other hotels are 8kms from the conference venue

The form must be completed and returned to the Uganda Communications Commission by email at ucc@ucc.co.ug or by fax at +256 41 34 8832. It is advisable to make hotel reservations early to ensure room availability.
