Pre-registration and
fellowship requests will be carried out exclusively online. You
will find the pre-registration and fellowship request form
here.
Pre-registrations should
be confirmed no later than Friday, 4 September 2009
except for fellows who need to register and submit their
fellowship request latest by Friday, 21 August 2009
Fellowships
Within the budget available
one full fellowship OR two partial fellowships per country will be
granted to participants from a Least Developed Country (LDC) and
from countries with a GDP per capita less than USD 2 000, with
priority to LDCs.
To request for a fellowship,
you must first register online and tick the appropriate box on the
form. Upon acceptance of your registration, you will receive the
fellowship request form by e-mail.
You are requested to fill it
out, sign it and have it approved by a duly authorized officer of
your administration who should sign it and stamp it stamped
(official stamp of the administration).
Once completed, you may
either scan it and e‑mail it to BDT
bdtfellowships@itu.int

Only requests that have
