* Recommendations Y.2121 and Y.2232 were sent to the Last Call period of AAP-68 (dated 01 October 2007). By the deadline of 28 October 2007 comments were received. It was agreed that the approval of these Recommendations will be considered at the 14 25 January 2008 Study Group 13 meeting in Seoul, Republic of Korea, in accordance with ITU-T Recommendation A.8, § 4.4.2. This is reflected in AAP-73 dated 16 December 2007.

At the 25 January 2008 Study Group 13 plenary the two Recommendations Y.2121 and Y.2232 were approved.

The Last Call period for all Recommendations is expected to start on 16 May 2007.

By the deadline of 12 June 2006, all SG 13 Recommendations received comments.

Comments to Recommendation Y.2172 were resolved and considered as editorial. Recommendation Y.2172 was therefore approved with editorial changes (AT) on 13 June 2007 as shown in AAP-63 of July 2007.

Comments to Recommendations Y.1416 and Y.1417 were resolved and considered editorial. Recommendations Y.1416 and Y 1417 were therefore approved with editorial changes (AT) on 13 June 2007 as shown in AAP-67 of 16 September 2007.

Comments to Recommendation Y.2211 were resolved. Recommendation Y.2211 was sent to the Additional review period of AAP-67 (dated 16 September 2007). Comments are under consideration.

Comments to Recommendation Y.2112 were resolved at the NGN-GSI event of September 2007: The comments were considered as editorial. The approval of Recommendation Y.2112 is under consideration.

It was agreed that the approval of Recommendations Y.1372 and Y.1373 will be considered at the 14 25 January 2008 Study Group 13 meeting in Seoul, Republic of Korea, in accordance with ITU-T Recommendation A.8, § 4.4.2. This is reflected in AAP-73 dated 16 December 2007. At the 25 January 2008 Study Group plenary Y.1373 was not approved. Draft Recommendation Y.1372 was converted and approved as a supplement, Transport requirements for T-MPLS OAM and considerations for the application of IETF MPLS technology.

By the deadline of 13 December 2006 comments were received on Y.2013, Y.1454, Y.2262, Y.2601, Y.2611, Y.2901 and Y.2902.

All the comments were agreed to be editorial and Recommendations Y.2013, Y.1454, Y.2262, Y.2601, Y.2611, Y.2901 and Y.2902 were approved on 14 December 2006. The approval of Y.1454, Y.2262, Y.2601 and Y.2611 was announced in AAP-51, issued on 16 January 2007. The approval of Y.2013, Y.2901 and Y.2902 was announced in AAP-52 dated 1 February 2007.

Except for Y.2091, the last call period for all Recommendations started on 16 August 2006 (see AAP No. 42). By the deadline of 12 September 2006, Recommendations I.610, Amd.2, Y.1315, Y.1714, Y.2012, Y.2021, Y.2031, Y.2111, Y.2171, Y.2261 and Y.2271 received comments. The comments on Y.1315, Y.2012, Y.2021, Y.2031, Y.2111, Y.2171, Y.2261 and Y.2271 were agreed to be editorial and these Recommendations were therefore approved on 13 September 2006. The approval was announced as follows: Y.2021, Y.2031, Y.2171, Y.2111, Y.2261, Y.2271 in AAP-46 (dated 16 October 2006); Y.2012 in AAP-48 (dated 16 November 2006); and Y.1315 in AAP 54 (dated 1 March 2007).

Recommendation I.610, Amd. 2 was sent to the Additional Review period of AAP-49 on 1 December 2006. By the deadline of 21 December 2006 no comments were received and Recommendation I.610, Amd. 2 was therefore approved on 22 December 2006 (see AAP-51 of 16 January 2007).

Recommendation Y.1714 was sent to the Additional Review period of AAP-50 on 16 December 2006. By the deadline of 12 January 2007, no comments were received and Recommendation Y.1714 was therefore approved on 13 January 2007 (see AAP-51 of 16 January 2007).

Recommendation Y.2091 was sent to the Last Call period on 1 February 2007 (see AAP-52). By the deadline of 28 February 2007, no comments were received and Recommendation Y.2091 was therefore approved on 1 March 2007 (see AAP-55 of 16 March 2007).

* Y.2241 was sent to the Last Call period of AAP-21 of 16 September 2005. Comments were received. It was agreed to consider approval of this Recommendation at the 16 - 27 January 2006 SG 13 meeting (see AAP-28 and Addendum 1 to Collective-letter 4/13 dated 22 December 2005). The comments resolution and consideration of new comments received by SG 13 could not be completed. It was then agreed to proceed in accordance with section 5.8 of Recommendation A.8. At the July 2006 meeting of SG 13, it was agreed to terminate the AAP process as it had not been possible to reach a conclusion on the changes required. The drafting continues with the objective to ‘consent’ a revised text at a future meeting.

The Last Call period for Y.1731 and Y.1452 started on 1 February 2006 (see AAP-29). By the deadline of 28 February 2006:

- Recommendations Y.1452 received editorial comments. This Recommendation was therefore approved on 1 March 2006 (see AAP-32).
- Recommendation Y.1731 received comments. Further to the comments resolution process, Y.1731 was sent to Additional Review period of AAP-35 on 1 May 2006. By the deadline of 21 May 2006, no comments were received and Recommendation Y.1731 was therefore approved on 22 May 2006 (see AAP-37)

The Last Call period for Y.1453 started on 1 March 2006 (see AAP-31) following a final review by SG 15. By the deadline of
28 March 2006 this Recommendation received comments that were agreed to be editorial. Recommendation Y.1453 was therefore approved on 29 March 2006 (see AAP-34).


Study Group 13 decision on Y.2241

The comments resolution and consideration of new comments received by SG 13 could not be completed. It was agreed to proceed in accordance with section 5.8 of Recommendation A.8.

By the deadline of 13 October 2005, Recommendations Y.1314 and Y.2241 received comments. It was agreed to consider the comments to Recommendation Y.1314 as editorial. This Recommendation was therefore approved on 14 October 2005 (see AAP-28).

The resolution of comments on Y.2241 is in progress. It was agreed to consider the approval of this Recommendation at the 16 - 27 January 2006 SG 13 meeting (see AAP-28 and Addendum 1 to Collective-letter 4/13 dates 22 December 2005).

By the deadline of 12 February 2005, Recommendation Y.1415 received comments. It was agreed to consider the comments to Recommendation Y.1415 as editorial. This Recommendation was therefore approved on 13 February 2005 (see AAP-7).
