Summary: With the rapid increase in the share of electric vehicles (EVs) in the city, more and more EV users put forward high requests for charging service. Therefore, smart charging service for EVs is the future development direction, and is an important part of the smart city. Compared with the traditional charging service, smart charging service has the advantages of a high degree of informatization and networking, flexible and convenient service procedure, and support for bidirectional power flow. This Recommendation specifies requirements of smart charging service for EVs, to optimize the EV charging service process and improve the EV charging service experience of users.
