Summary:

Internet of Things has become fundamental technology of service infrastructure with convergence with the other emerging ICT to produce intelligent and autonomous solution. Therefore, this contribution proposes a new work item, “Convergence framework for enhancement of service intelligence based on Internet of Things”. This document provides a framework how IoT is merged with technologies of AI, Cloud, Edge computing, DLT and, (Big) data for enhancement of service intelligence.
