Summary: With the development of computing power and network technologies, more and more applications require not only high computing power, but also low latency, which makes computing power and network closely integrated. Computing and network convergence (CNC) is a new type of network that realizes optimized resource allocation, by distributing computing, storage, network and other resource information of service nodes through a network control plane (such as a centralized controller, distributed routing protocol, etc.). Based on the convergence of network and computing, operators provide computing power services for customers and build infrastructures with deep convergence of network and computing, which will be the key to enhance the value of network pipes. In the past, cloud service providers such as Google and Amazon deployed super-large computing centers to achieve computing sharing effect. The operator network with the advantage of ubiquitous distributed computing power, absorbing a large amount of traffic, may build important information infrastructures close to users. These ubiquitous distributed computing resources may belong to different network domains or operators. Operators provide services which may pass through various service function nodes to meet users' requirements. These nodes may provide service functions such as Fire walls, Load Balancing,Intrusion Prevention System and so on. When the service functions required by users exist in multiple computing power resource pools belonging to different operators, it is necessary to have the ability of cross-domain joint orchestration, and connect these service function nodes in an orderly sequence according to service logic to meet the needs of users.
