Summary: Supplement ITU-T Q.sup.netsoft-roadmap to ITU-T Q-series Recommendations provides the standardization roadmap for network softwarization in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) for assisting in the development of network softwarization related standards by summarizing the existing standards and draft standards under development in the key standard development organizations (SDOs) and the reference implementations produced by Open Source Software Organizations. In addition, this Supplement presents the overview of network softwarization from the perspective of standards development, technical areas of network softwarization, and the gap analysis.
