Summary: Urban infrastructure refers to the fundamental facilities and systems that a city must have for its operation and development. It has the characteristics of large quantity, wide distribution and high management difficulty. Crowdsourcing is the practice for a common goal by engaging a group of people. This Recommendation addresses the framework of urban infrastructure monitoring based on crowdsourcing, including introduction of urban infrastructure monitoring based on crowdsourcing, requirements, functional architecture, common procedures and security and privacy considerations.
