Capacity Building Workshop on Guidelines on Access to Submarine Cables took place in Kigali, Rwanda at Kigali Serena hotel from 7 to 8 May 2012. The objective of this workshop was to share the results and lessons learned in the WATRA/ECCOWAS region with all the beneficiary countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, and the latter sharing their experinces - all that with the goal of preparing the recommendations applicable to the entire Saub-Saharan region.

The validation workshop of WATRA Guidelines on Access to Submarine Cables was held in Monrovia, Liberia from 7th to 9th December 2010 at the Palm Spring Resort Liberia and was kindly hosted by the Liberia Telecommunication Authority (LTA).
