Round table on Child Online Protection (Yerevan, Armenia, 18 October, 2023)

Ensuring digital safety in the online environment for children and young people requires a global approach based on internationally recognized recommendations and collaboration at national through the development of integrated approach. Integrated approach include legal and regulatory frameworks, technical and procedural measures, capacity building, and international cooperation.  

The round table was ​organized with the aim of sharing experience and strengthening cooperation in child online protection​. This Round Table is a part of Armenia’s participation in the ITU Global Program on Child Online Protection, as a continuation of the events and trainings held in Armenia in 2022-2023.  

Representatives of government bodies, line ministries and agencies, telecommunications operators, regulators and international organizations are invited to participate. More information about the event can be found here​. ​
