This Workshop is addressed to representatives of the communication administrations, telecommunications regulators, telecommunications providers, universities and general education institutions, telecommunication equipment manufacturers and other stakeholders of the ITU Member States, ITU Sector Members and Associates from the CIS region.
The workshop will cover following issues:
- Models and principles of building of nest generation networks (NGN);
- Stages and methodology of designing of telecommunications networks;
- Automation of the designing processes and other methods of improving of efficiency of the work of designing engineers;
- Methods of choice of the technological solutions and evaluation of efficiency of reorganization of telecommunication provider networks;
- Methods of characterization of telecommunications networks at the stage of the designing;
- Methods of comparison of the technologies of building of telecommunication networks at the stage of feasibility study;
- Experience in designing of NGN of different purposes (communications provider networks, corporate networks, educational networks etc.).
The Workshop will be conducted in Russian.
