Trainings for students and teachers on the creation and development of student startups was held on 14 and 15 September at the Kostanay Engineering and Economic University named after M. Dulatov.
On the first day of the event, students was learn what a startup is and where to start when creating your startup project. The training was held in the format of a ideathon with theoretical lectures, as well as practical tasks for students, and ended with pitching ideas for student startups.
On the second day, there was a training for teachers, where experts was talk about international and national practices for creating student startup programs, as well as tell how to evaluate startups at various stages. Also, within the framework of the training, representatives of Astana Hub and MOST was speak about incubation and acceleration programs for startups from Kazakhstan.
