Ms. Daniela Di Gianantonio is the Head of Digital Agriculture at the FAO Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia, where she leads the implementation of programmes and projects aimed at accelerating the digitalization of agriculture and rural areas in the region, including the Digital Villages Initiative (DVI) and Hand-in-Hand initiative. Daniela holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Udine. 

Dr. Ales Krisper,  Electrical engineer, Master of information systems organization,  Doctor in management sciences,  has more than 24 years of experience in setting up , governance  and auditing of CAP management systems and pre-accession (IPARD) agricultural support systems, covering policy programming, institution building and, establishment and management of supporting digital systems : farm registers, Geo-spatial, FADN, agri-administrative and financial


​Dr. Matteo Metta is Digital Agricultural Specialist at the FAO Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia. He worked as technical assistant to the European Commission DG AGRI and Managing Authorities of EU Rural Development Programmes 2014-2020. He holds a Joint Ph.D. on digitalisation and on-farm diversification. He coordinated the DESIRA.eu Living Labs in the assessment of digitalisation impacts and the CAP Strategic Plans project of the Agriculture and Rural Convention (ARC2020.eu).


Dr​. Evangelia Mourmoura is currently Team Leader of Digitalisation in the Directorate of Strategy and Policy analysis of DG Agriculture and Rural Development in the European Commission. She is responsible for coordinating activities stimulating the digitalisation of the agricultural sector and public administrations while monitoring the implementation of digital transformation activities in the Member States, including the digital strategies in the CAP Strategic Plans. Ms.  Mourmoura previously worked as team leader in the policy area of the Integrated Administration and Control System (IACS), supporting Member States in the implementation of CAP payments. Prior to joining the European Commission, she has worked as research and teaching associate in the University of Grenoble (France), where she obtained her Master and PhD in Life Sciences. She holds a Diploma in Biology from the University of Athens.

​Mr. Jaroslaw K. Ponder is the Head of the Office for Europe at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), representing ITU in Europe and directing actions, projects, initiatives and experts’ groups targeting 46 countries of the Europe Region. His portfolio includes Regional Initiatives for Europe, designed by the European Member States and focusing on the ICT Infrastructure, Digitization, Digital Inclusion, Accessibility, Innovation and Cybersecurity.
Mr. Ponder has managed numerous projects, activities and initiatives at national, regional and international levels. He has taken lead roles in many international conferences and summits concerning ICT innovation and development of ICT ecosystem, information society, and advancements of digital economy worldwide, while setting strategies and ensuring their timely implementation.

​Ms. Valentina Stadnic is currently a Digital Services Expert in the ITU Office for Europe and acts as a GovStack Regional Coordinator for Europe. Previously, she was an ecosystem builder passionate about helping create synergistic impact at the regional and national levels, leading stakeholders in navigating IT competitiveness, and unlocking opportunities for the IT sector in Moldova.
Her strong commitment to the sector is reflected in a decade of experience working for organizations in various fields, ranging from leading an IT Park to holding various government roles.
