Germany:The ITU-T Secretariat regularly welcomes interns via the Carlo Schmid Programme. Please see

Japan: The SCOPE (Strategic Information and Communication R&D Promotion) Programme in Japan offers fellowship opportunities that can be used for internship at ITU. See this
