Mohamed El-Moghazi

S1.3Mohamed Moghazi.jpgMohamed El-Moghazi is a PhD student at the Electronic and Electric Engineering Department at the University of Strathclyde. Mr. El-Moghazi was awarded the British Chevening Scholarship from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) to join the Master of Communications Management (MCM) program in the University of Strathclyde in the year 2007. Chevening is a quite prestigious award for individuals identified as future leaders. He was the second Egyptian to join the program in 7 years. He also obtained his B.Sc. in Electronics and Communication, from Cairo University in the year 2003. Mr. El-Moghazi has published several papers in prestigious conferences and journals including TPRC, ITS Europe, CPR Asia, DySPAN, Info and Intermedia. His research focuses on international spectrum management regime, spectrum pricing, spectrum re-farming, opportunistic access, CRS, TVWS, spectrum commons, spectrum trading, ITU-R, and the developing countries. Mr. El-Moghazi was also awarded several appreciations and grants from DySPAN 2012, RIA Research, IEEE COMSOC, Cairo University, University of Strathclyde, and the British Ambassador of Egypt. He also appeared in the Strathclyde Business School newsletter and was quoted in Quotes Journal in 2012.​
