Ramon Sanchez Iborra

​​Ramon Sanchez.jpgRamon Sanchez-Iborra  is an assistant professor at the Informatics Department in the Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, Santiago, Chile. He is also an associate researcher at the Information Technologies and Communications Department in the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena, Spain. From this institution, he received the BSc degree in telecommunication engineering in 2007 and the MSc and PhD degrees in information and communication technologies in 2013 and 2015, respectively. He has been a visiting researcher at the NetGNA group in the Universidade da Beira Interior, Portugal, and the Quality and Usability Lab in the Technische Universität Berlin/Telekom Innovation Laboratories, Germany. His main research interests are evaluation of QoE in multimedia services, management of wireless mobile networks, green networking techniques and IoT/M2M architectures. He has published several papers in national and international conferences and journals. He has collaborated as a TPC member and reviewer for international journals and conferences such as IEEE ICC, EAI ADHOCNETS or IEEE Communications Letters, and is a member of many IEEE technical committees.
