Martin ADOLPH

​​​​Martin Adolph is a Study Group Advisor with ITU, the United Nations’ specialized agency for information and communications technologies. Martin's work facilitates the development of international s​tandards in the field of performance, quality of service (QoS) and quality of experience (QoE) for the full spectrum of terminals, networks, services and applications ranging from speech over fixed circuit-based networks to multimedia applications over networks that are mobile and packet based. Martin is also responsible for ITU's standardization work in the field of distributed ledger technology. Martin holds degrees in Computer Science from TU Dresden and in Engineering from École Centrale Paris.
