IMT-2020 standardization roadmap

14 new work items were agreed for establishment (from all Qs forming WP1/13). Among those, Q20/13 agreed to start work a new work item on architecture framework for autonomous networks coming out from the FG-AN (see TD60/PLEN and TD222/WP1).

The work items Y.ICN-pubsub-arch, Y.ICN-inc-arch and Y.ICN-core-arch were removed from the Q22/13 work programme as those hadn't received any contribution for the last three meetings.
