Meeting Room Management and Reservations

Meeting rooms within the Assembly premises at Dubai World Trade Centre will be managed by the ITU Secretariat.

Participants wishing to reserve a room are requested to complete the room reservation form below.

Requests will be processed on a first come first served basis.

During the Assembly, the Room Reservation Service will be located at DWTC, Office 23.
