The Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in association with the Caribbean Telecommunications Union and the International Telecommunication Union are organizing the Caribbean Preparatory Meeting for the World Conference on International Telecommunications (WCIT-12) in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago from 17 to 19 October 2012.

This event will provide participants with the opportunity to exchange views and have a better understanding of discussions and issues related to the ITRs and of proposals to the WCIT-12.
