Daniella-Esi-DarlingtonDaniella Esi Darlington (Ghana)
Daniella is visionary leader from Ghana using artificial intelligence (AI) to empower individuals and bridge the digital divide. As co-founder of Copianto AI, she's democratizing access to this powerful technology by developing a cutting-edge platform that leverages AI and large language models (LLMs) to unlock organizational knowledge, create intelligent virtual assistants, and make information accessible to all. Beyond her entrepreneurial pursuits, Daniella is a passionate advocate for responsible technology development. She champions this cause as an Affiliate at All Tech Is Human and contributes her expertise as a research group member and AI policy expert at the Center for AI and Digital Policy, shaping the future of responsible AI practices and fostering inclusive technology solutions for all. She advocates for inclusive AI development and bridging the digital divide through youth participation. Her dedication to solving critical world problems has been recognized through prestigious fellowships like Sigma Squared Society and #10FacesChangingAfrica  by StArfrica - Startup Germany-Africa.

ClintonClinton Oduor (Kenya)
Clinton is a Machine Learning Engineer at Amini, a Nairobi based startup building Africa's environmental data infrastructure.  His work harnesses the power of AI and earth observation to find solutions to some of the most pressing and urgent environmental challenges of our time, such as climate change and food security. Prior to Amini, he worked at Edge Impulse as a Developer Relations Engineer, and co-founded Rhinos Lab, a wildlife conservation startup building AI powered camera traps to prevent poaching and human wildlife conflicts. In his free time, he leads the TinyML Kenya community, bringing together over 1000+ developers, researchers, and engineers with a shared interest in machine learning at the edge.

MelissaMelissa Michelle Muñoz Suro (Dominican Republic)
Melissa is the Director of Innovation at OGTIC and the Coordinator of the Innovation Cabinet of the Dominican Republic, where she led the development of the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy, the first AI Strategy in Central America and the Caribbean. She focused her career on the intersection of governance and technology. Additionally, Muñoz leads the implementation of the National Innovation Policy, steering over 22 innovative projects towards a smarter, interconnected future. She was also part of the first Cohort of the International Telecommunications Union's “Generation Connect" America's Youth Envoys.

IngersollJosh Ingersoll (US)
Josh is a space policy analyst, science educator, and youth STEM advocate. Josh currently serves as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager at Astranis Space Technologies Corp who are building dedicated, low-cost communications satellites to connect the four billion people who lack reliable, affordable internet access. His work focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance of these spacecraft so that they can successfully achieve that mission. Mr. Ingersoll has published papers on utilizing space assets to bridge the digital divide and holds leadership positions in the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC) and the Matthew Isakowitz Fellowship Program.

HalimaHalima Mohamed (Bahrain)
Halima has extensive professional knowledge and practical experience in emerging technologies such as information and communications technology, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things. Halima works as a  Senior Information Technology, and Telecommunications Projects Specialist at Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications (MTT). She is also  AI Data Scientist and part-time lecturer, deeply committed to advancing Internet technology, industry, and governance, aligning herself with ITU's vision. ​​She has also been actively involved in various youth activities, aiming to empower the younger generation. 


MaithaMaitha Aljamri (UAE)
Maitha has a background in business marketing and currently serves as an International Cooperation Officer in the UAE's telecommunications sector. Maitha is a member of the TDRA Youth Council which falls under the umbrella of the UAE's Federal Youth Authority. Passionate about leveraging technology as a tool for social change and sustainable development to shape a more inclusive and prosperous future for the next generation by including them first-hand 


Hamza-HameedHamza Hameed (Pakistan)
Hamza is a Pakistani lawyer presently serving as the Chair of the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC). Hamza works as a Senior Practice Manager for Space & Policy at Access Partnership in Singapore. He supports governments and the private sector with legal, policy, regulatory, and compliance-related matters in the space, satellite, and telecommunications industries. Before this, Hamza worked as part of the secretariat of UNIDROIT in Rome. He led the effort towards establishing an international system of secured transactions law for the space sector, as well as advising governments on issues related to blockchain and digital assets law. Hamza holds an LLM from the International Institute for Air and Space Law at Leiden University. He teaches spacecraft financing at various universities and is a member of the International Institute for Space Law (IISL) and INSOL International.

Linh TongKhanh Linh Tong (Viet Nam)
Khanh Linh is currently appointed as the Deputy Director of the Center for Education Promotion and Empowerment of Women (CEPEW), a Vietnamese non-governmental organization with 20 years of operation promoting equality and good governance. She is committed to further closing the digital gap and building digital capacity for people with disabilities, young women leaders, and people from ethnic minorities. Prior to CEPEW, she spent 3.5 years conducting research on digital regulatory issues (personal data protection, cybersecurity, artificial intellience, digital infrastructure) as a Policy Analyst at the Institute for Policy Studies and Media Development (IPS), a research unit of the Vietnam Digital Communications Association. In addition to national projects, she is actively involved in regional and international engagements to contribute ideas and recommendations on how to narrow the digital divide and harness technology for the greater good of society. In 2021, she coordinated organization of the Asia Open Data Partnership Summit. She also served as a country researcher for the Global Index on Responsible AI (2023-2024) and the Global Data Barometer (2021). She is eager to work with young professionals around the world and apply our knowledge and experiences when formulating recommendations to narrow the digital divide and addressing issues like AI ethical standards, e-waste, and leveraging digital technologies for climate change monitoring, as well as developing strategies to advocate for national integration of these recommendations. 

StoliarovaUliana Stoliarova (Russia)
Uliana is the author of several scientific articles on the role of the ITU today and the importance of measuring digital divide, as well as the development of a new methodology for the ICT Development Index. Since January 2022, she has been working as a Specialist on ICT Development and Implementation at Russian Radio Research & Development Institute. She was also a Vice-Rapporteur of ITU-D Question 1/1 and Member of Generation Connect – CIS Youth Group (GC-CIS) for 2022-2023 period. She believes that the most important challenge facing the world community today is to work together towards achieving the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. To do so, it is essential to strengthen efforts to combat digital divide, and participation of young people in ITU initiatives can contribute to this endeavor.

NadirNadir Atayev (Azerbaijan)
Nadir is a young and enthusiastic Hardware Research Engineer and Scientist from Azerbaijan, currently working in the Research and Development department at the Space Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Azercosmos). He actively contributes to the design of small satellites in the country, playing a key role in advancing Azerbaijan's space exploration efforts. Recognized for his achievements, Nadir has been selected for various technical competitions and has actively contributed to the development of theses and articles in electronics, telecommunications, and space equipment. His diverse expertise makes him a valuable asset to both local and global space initiatives. Beyond his technical contributions, Nadir is dedicated to youth advocacy and serves as a teacher and mentor, playing a crucial role in nurturing the next generation of engineers. Notably, Nadir is engaged in promoting global collaboration among young space enthusiasts as the National Point of Contact (NPOC) for Azerbaijan in the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC). 

Okan-DursunOkan Dursun (Türkiye​)
Okan has emerged as a pioneering figure in sustainability and education, earning recognition as one of the 17 Young Leaders for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by the United Nations in 2022. As the Co-Founder of the Carbon Gate climate tech venture that navigates companies towards a carbon-neutral future, he spearheads efforts to enable companies to reduce their carbon emissions and become champions in a net-zero world through innovative comprehensive software solutions. Additionally, as a founding member of Twin Science, Okan combines STEM education with SDGs awareness, reaching over a million children across 70 countries with the mission to nurture future changemakers. His commitment extends to social causes as well, notably through his early involvement with the Young Guru Academy and leading the World Science Movement, which has impacted over 500,000 underprivileged children by enhancing access to STEM education globally. Okan's multifaceted contributions underscore his dedication to driving positive change and advancing sustainability and education on a global scale.

RoserRoser Almenar (Spain)
Roser serves as Co-Lead of the AI and Space Law research group, hosted by the Space Law and Policy Project Group of the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC). Within SGAC, she is also involved in the Space Generation Advocacy and Policy Platform (SGAPP) specialized policy division named the European Space Exploration Taskforce (ESET), and has contributed in the drafting of "An Intergenerational Pact for Space Sustainability (IPASS), officially adopted by SGAC as a united policy position. Moreover, she is a research member of the Working Group on SETI and Law, under the auspices of the International Institute of Space Law (IISL), and of the Association for International Legal Research on Space Sustainability (ARIAS). Her research lines focus on the discipline of Space Law and Policy (dealing with remote sensing technologies, AI, and data protection, among others), and the impact of technological advances in the protection of human rights, from both a public and private perspective.​
