​​​ ​Issue N°4, 30​ May 2016: C16- Half-way through this year’s busy session​
During the lunch break on Friday 27 May, a special information session was held covering the UN General Assembly decisions concerning changes to the compensation package and mandatory retirement age for staff, as well as the financial impact of these decisions. These issues will be discussed during Council 16 at ADM later during C16, and are covered in detail in documents C16/64C16/65 and C16/43...​

​​​ Issue N°3, 27​ May 2016: YIPL, ADM, ICT-DF, HQP, ITRs, WSIS & ICT4SDGs (and other acronyms) ​
The Young ICT Policy Leaders Programme (YIPL) – reserved for the exclusive participation of Council 15 delegates under the age of 35 – caters to young professionals from Member State delegations. The programme provides a platform for delegates to network and meet global leaders from the ICT sector, to facilitate knowledge and skills exchange at an international level.​​..

Issah Yahaya from Ghana presented the final report of the Council Committee on the preparations for ITU's 150th anniversary (C16/13) summarizing the overall preparatory work, as well as the activities and events held by the Secretariat, the Sectors and ITU membership throughout the anniversary year and particularly during the 150th celebration in Geneva.​..

Issue N°1, 25 May 2016: Council 2016 gets down to business
ITU's governing Council opened its annual session with Julie Zoller of the United States of America chairing the meeting. The o​utgoing chair, Wonki Min of the republic of Korea, summarized the achievements of the 2015 Session of Council, conveyed his gratitude to all who had contributed, and expressed his confidence in the incoming chair to guide the ​Council in addressing the challenges facing it in the days ahead...
