Draft Recommendation ITU-T Y.WPT-usecase describes service framework, use case, requirements, and service flows in proving WPT (Wireless Power Transfer) application service.
WPT technology provides electricity to device without the need for electrical conducting media which is one of the significant feature that can be used in proving electrical power to the IoT devices in constrained environments. WPT service framework needs to be defined in order to provide WPT application service in various types of public and private domains.
