Summary:

Identification of requirements for things description in the IoT in order to enable the usage of a diversity of existing and under development metadata and ontologies.
This Recommendation specifies requirements of things description in IoT. The requirements focus on the aspects which are valuable in terms of bridging the things description efforts between ITU-T (especially SG20) and external SDOs. The requirements are expected to collect the requirements of a variety of stakeholders (from vendors to providers and administrations) of the international community.
