Summary: From fixed, mobile and satellite convergence (FMSC) networks perspective, the requirements and the framework are specified in [ITU-T Y.3200] and [ITU-T Y.3201], respectively. Based on the two Recommendations, network sharing is applied to fixed, mobile and satellite convergence networks. The network sharing is for multiple operators and organizations to share network functions in access network (e.g., satellite) and/or convergence network. This Recommendation specifies high-level requirement and functional requirement of network sharing for fixed, mobile and satellite convergence networks.
