In order to solve the disadvantages of the traditionally centralized platform and promote the application of virtual power plant (VPP), improve the power demand side regulation capability, and reduce the huge investment of power plant and transmission network, the Recommendation specifies the general architecture for DLT-based VPP operation platform, it contains the overview of DLT-based VPP operation platform and functional structure of DLT-based VPP operation platform.
