This Recommendation specifies the framework and technical requirements for electronic transferable records (ETR) platform based on distributed ledger technology (DLT). This Recommendation could help facilitate information sharing and transparent processes among stakeholders, reducing trust costs and transaction costs while improving transaction efficiency and risk management capabilities. At the same time, users can achieve real-time supervision and compliance management of the trade based on this standard, and promoting an environmentally friendly and sustainable development of the trade.
