Nowadays, the number of private charging piles is growing rapidly with the continuous construction of charging piles. However, private charging piles have a longer idle time and a lower utilization level, leading to lots of charging infrastructure lying idle. Therefore, it is worth encouraging the sharing of private charging piles, so as to improve the utilization level of private charging piles. In this regard, this Technical Paper specifies a general framework and functional requirements for DLT-based sharing service and management system of private charging piles, and the related processes are also provided, so as to facilitate the sharing of private charging piles.
