Summary: In order to follow the progresses of the data annotation in knowledge graph, it is important to rely on the construction of the carbon verification knowledge graph. The purpose of this document is to help organizations and businesses developing knowledge graph-based carbon verification applications follow general guidance on carbon verification knowledge graph data collection, ontology modelling, and data annotation methods. There are no data annotation for carbon verification knowledge graph guidelines based on new technology in ITU-T's recommendations. Through this guide, various data annotation in carbon verification scenarios can be realized more efficiently, supporting the modelling and construction of carbon verification knowledge graph, and providing a more complete and accurate data basis for carbon verification. It can help suppliers provide a compatible knowledge graph data interface under a unified data annotation process guide. This work will supports the construction of carbon verification knowledge map, improve the efficiency of carbon verification, and indirectly helps to save energy and reduce carbon.
