Summary
This document reports on the ongoing preparations for the Radiocommunication Assembly 2015 (RA-15) and World Radiocommunication Conference 2015 (WRC-15).
Background
Council Resolution 1343 established the place, dates and agenda for WRC-15 as well as the place and dates for RA-15. PP-14 Resolution 185 (Busan, 2014) instructs WRC-15 to include in its agenda, as a matter of urgency, the consideration of global flight tracking.
Action required
The Council is invited to note the progress of preparations for RA-15 and WRC-15.
