Observations This Rapporteur meeting will be organized using e-mail exchange only. The Rapporteur will send documents for review by the members one week before the meeting. After receiving comments from members during the e-mail session, the Rapporteur will send the harmonization of the comments received as well as the Q4 meeting report for comments with another deadline. The results will be submitted to SG9 plenary.
