| Description | Legal and regulatory frameworks go hand in hand with the growth of mobile penetration and the use of this as a platform for commerce touching every aspect of human life and socio-economic development has far reaching impact. It has become evident that training has to be undertaken for police officers, prosecutors and Judiciary in the interpretation, implementation and effective enforcement of this legal framework. Therefore the objective of the project is to assist Kenya in human capacity development for identified stakeholders through training activities specific to police officers and prosecutors, legal practitioners and judiciary. | |
