Description This project is being implemented under three separate sub-projects in order to customize it to the needs of each region:
• Support for Harmonization of the ICT Policies in Sub-Sahara Africa (HIPSSA);
• Enhancing competitiveness in the Caribbean through the harmonization of ICT Policies, Legislation and Regulatory Procedures (HIPCAR);
• Capacity Building and ICT Policy, Regulatory and Legislative Frameworks Support for Pacific Island Countries (ICB4PAC).

Achievements

The project managed the implementation of three projects, in three regions, 1) Project "Support for Harmonization of the ICT Policies in Sub-Sahara Africa". 2) Project "Enhancing competitiveness in the Caribbean through the harmonization of ICT Policies, Legislation and Regulatory Procedures". 3) Project "Capacity Building and ICT Policy, Regulatory and Legislative Frameworks Support for Pacific Island Countries" and ensured their smooth implementation and administration, including relation with the partners.
