| Achievements | Enhanced transparency and accountability through digital local governance (eGovernance): with Digital Transformation of LSGs and the implementation of eGovernance systems, there would be a significant increase in accountability and transparency in local self-governments operations. This would also facilitate easier access to public records and decision-making processes for citizens. Facilitated access to public records and decision-making processes for citizens, leading to greater trust and participation in local governance, will be the impact of this result. 2. Increased inclusivity and accessibility of public services, ensuring equitable distribution: the digitalization of public services will improve accessibility, especially for Left Behind (LB) groups. This aligns with the intervention's focus on inclusiveness and gender-responsiveness, ensuring that all groups in society benefit equally from public services. The impact of this result will be ensuring equitable access to digital services, aligned with the intervention's focus on inclusiveness and genderresponsiveness. 3. Successful pilot projects creating a replicable framework for broader application: The successful piloting of initiatives like the GovStack would not only demonstrate the viability of such systems but also provide a scalable model for further expansion within Montenegro, showcasing its effectiveness in enhancing digital infrastructure. The impact this result will leave is that it will introduce the GovStack modular approach and interoperable solutions as the way for providing a scalable, adaptable framework for Digital Transformation, setting in the same time, a precedent for future nationwide and regional digital initiatives. This success will underline Montenegro's capability to be a digital pioneer, leveraging cutting-edge technology for public sector innovation. | |
