| Achievements |
The project delivered its planned support to Montenegro’s local e-governance and digital public administration agenda. It completed the project kick-off event, developed project branding, finalized the project logframe and implementation plan, and delivered the planned onsite and online capacity-building activities for local self-governments. The project delivered an introductory GovStack workshop, a workshop on low-code/no-code rapid prototyping and open-source tools, and a service design workshop focused on use case solution blueprints. These activities strengthened the capacity of municipal and national stakeholders to apply GovStack approaches and user-centric methods in the development of digital public services. The project also completed the handover of ITU deliverables to the Ministry of Public Administration of Montenegro through the Steering Committee process. The remaining resources were allocated to support the project closure event, enabling the intervention to conclude its implementation phase and move into closure. |
