Title Further developments to Spectrum Management System for Developing Countries (SMS4DC) software
Description This project aims to further develop the Spectrum Management System for Developing Countries (SMS4DC) software and its related training materials. Further developments to the SMS4DC software are necessitated by the recent modifications to the Radio Regulations, International Frequency Information Circulars (IFICs) and ITU-R Recommendations published by the ITU Radiocommunication Bureau (ITU-R), feedback from the current users on that software’s implementation and experience gained from past training programs. Additionally, this project will develop enhanced and/or additional functionalities, propagation models and services in respect of the SMS4DC software, and will carry out the translation of the software and its related documentation into at least one additional language, and its related training materials and to provide training concerning such software.

  1. Revision of SMS4DC package to incorporate the recent relevant changes.

  6. Preparation of training materials and provide them.
