| Description | This project aims to assist countries which do not have certain basic forms of spectrum management regime in creating a national spectrum management system. The assistance covers the necessary activities starting from the very beginning, i.e. legal basis for spectrum regulation and its institutional establishment. It intends to provide guidance on a basic framework for national spectrum management system, from the very beginning of domestic regulation regime. This guidance begins from the analysis of the existing situation of spectrum management scheme to the setup of basic national spectrum management system. |
