The Women in the Digital Economy Community of Practice (CoP) powered by EQUALS

Implement the Women in the Digital Economy Community of Practice by leveraging the existing EQUALS community, which is managed through the EQUALS Hub and hosted by ITU, to bring together stakeholders from across the globe who are committed to closing the gender digital divide. USAID, working with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, will support the establishment of the Community of Practice (CoP) as a distinct project of EQUALS for a period of four years. 

This project will strengthen and grow the EQUALS community of partners through the implementation of the new Community of Practice, as well as impact current and new programming by CoP members aimed at closing the gender digital divide.
