| Description | The project aims to contribute CONATEL, in line with the framework of the mandate in the Paraguayan National Telecommunications Plan 2016-2020, to enhance the development of Bottom Up cost models at different scales of production (Market shares, traffic, etc.) by using an efficient operator on the Paraguayan telecommunications market. The project is expected to enhance to the institutional capacity of CONATEL in establishing a new methodology for interconnection charges between networks, including for the termination charges at fixed and mobile networks, as well as charges for other services such as short texts messages, multimedia messages or MMS, USSD services, data transmission. | |
