Absher
Absher is one of the first projects that have implemented the e-government strategy in Saudi Arabia, allowing for a variety of e-services to be offered by the Ministry of Interior (MOI) sectors such as Traffic, Civil Affairs, GDP… etc., which facilitates access to services at anytime and anywhere, through MOI's Absher e-portal .
