Within an inter-institutional partnership model, the project has sought to enhance the quality of training from the methodological point of view, combining ICT and cultural heritage. These last are cultural sources that help to better respond to the needs of the new literacy and communication of society. The latter has been validated to define its “goodness” and efficacy and efficiency levels, adopting a design aimed to examine contexts, principles, inputs, processes and to evaluate its effects on the cultural, organizational and operational aspects. The research focused on the characteristics of the educational proposal activated to strengthen communicative and educational strategies of the teachers and museum educators in training initial and in-service to acquire specific methodological and digital skills that would allow strengthening the quality of the educational system of action in view of the transversal curricular and multiliteracies.
