The Workshop on “Transition to
Digital Broadcasting and Digital Dividend: Current Deployment &
Regulatory Issues” planned to be held in Khartoum, Sudan on 17-18
December 2013. The workshop will bring success stories in this
domain to share their experiences with the region. In addition, it
will be an opportunity for the involved stakeholders such as
operators, broadcaster and regulators to share experiences and to
lay the foundations of a mutual cooperation and complementarity
between them. The workshop proposes to address the following
questions:
