Visa requirements
1.
General information
Participants
from the following countries do not require a visa to attend the
GSR10:
·
Africa :
delegates from countries belonging to ECOWAS and WAEMU
·
Europe :
delegates from most European countries
·
Others visa exemptions :
Canada, Israel, Japan and the United States.
In
all cases, participants must ensure that their passport is valid
for at least three months beyond the date of the meeting.
2.
Obtaining a visa
All
information concerning Senegal embassies and consulates abroad,
including visa application forms , may be found at:

Participants who apply for their visa directly from the embassy or
consulate in their country will need to submit the following
documents:
·
v alid passport (valid for at least three months beyond the
date of the meeting),
·
t wo
completed application forms,
·
t he
official ITU confirmation of registration, and
·
t wo
passport-size photographs.
Special measures have been taken by the Senegal authorities to
facilitate the processing of visas for GSR10 participants
from
countries where the Senegal has no embassy or consulate.
In this case, participants should send:

a s canned
photocopy of their passport (valid for at least three months
beyond the date of the meeting),
·
t he
GSR delegate pre-registration number, and
·
t he
dates of arrival and departure,
to

Special Assistance
A
special email hotline has been set up to deal with problems which
registered GSR-10 participants face in obtaining their visa.
