The purpose of this Recommendation is to define Intelligent Question Answering Service Framework. This recommendation defines the features, requirements and functionality to support intelligent Question Answering service. Intelligent Question Answering (QA) system is an advanced function to generate answers for the user's question in a natural language. More systems in the future are expected to be equipped with QA functions for advanced user experiences. |
