توفر هذه التوصية هيكل مجموعة حالات الاختبار وأغراض الاختبار للسطح البيني لشبكة منطقة واسعة (إدارة القبول؛ المتلقي) على أساس المتطلبات المحددة في التوصية ITU-T H.810 (2015). والهدف من توصيف الاختبار هذا هو إتاحة احتمال كبير لقابلية التشغيل البيني لسطح تماس هوائي بين الأجهزة المختلفة.
