تحدد التوصية ITU-T G.8273.2/Y.1368.2 الحد الأدنى لمتطلبات الوقت والطور في الميقاتيات الحدية للاتصالات والميقاتيات المنقادة لوقت الاتصالات المستخدمة في مزامنة معدات الشبكة التي تعمل في معمارية الشبكة المحددة في التوصيات ITU-T G.8271 وITU-T G.8271.1 وITU-T G.8275 وITU-T G.8275.1. وهي تدعم توزيع تزامن الوقت و/أو الطور للشبكات القائمة على الرزم.وينحصر تطبيق هذه النسخة من التوصية في دعم التوقيت الكامل من الشبكة. وتسري هذه المتطلبات ضمن الظروف البيئية العادية المحددة للمعدات. ويقدم التعديل 1 للتوصية ITU-T G.8273.2/Y.1368.2 التحديثات التالية:
- إضافة مرجع ومختصر واحد
- تغيير في الفقرتين 1.6 و2.6
- تغيير في الفقرة 1.7
- تغيير في الفقرة 5.7
- إضافة التذييل IX.
