La Recommandation UIT-T H.265.1 "Spécification de conformité pour le codage vidéo à haute efficacité UIT-T H.265" spécifie des tests (non exhaustifs) permettant de vérifier si les flux binaires et les décodeurs respectent les exigences normatives énoncées dans la Recommandation UIT-T H.265 | ISO/CEI 23008-2. Les flux binaires fournis dans cette présente Recommandation correspondent à la version d'avril 2013 de la Recommandation UIT-T H.265 | ISO/CEI 23008-2.
Cette Recommandation, élaborée conjointement avec l'ISO/CEI JTC 1/ SC 29/WG 11 (MPEG), est alignée sur le plan technique avec la norme ISO/CEI 23008-8.
