Economie circulaire: Guide à l'intention des opérateurs et des fournisseurs concernant les solutions pour parvenir à la circularité des biens et réseaux TIC |
Cette Recommandation propose des approches relatives à l'économie circulaire pour les biens et réseaux des technologies de l'information et de la communication (TIC). L'accent est mis en particulier sur les prochaines étapes qui permettront d'améliorer la circularité dans la chaîne d'approvisionnement des opérateurs. La Recommandation vise à guider les opérateurs dans l'adaptation de leur chaîne d'approvisionnement afin d'améliorer les aspects relatifs à l'économie circulaire pour les biens et réseaux TIC, mais elle ne fournit pas de métriques. L'objectif du guide est de présenter des options pour améliorer la circularité et permettre aux opérateurs et à leurs fournisseurs de créer des modèles commerciaux afin de promouvoir les réseaux circulaires et de parvenir à une solution optimale qui utilise toutes les boucles de la circularité – du partage au recyclage. |
