Evaluation des risques d'endommagement des installations de télécommunication par la foudre |

La présente Recommandation servira de base aux responsables de la production dans l'évaluation des risques de graves dommages dus à la foudre. Elle comporte une analyse des risques, notamment les effets de chocs de foudre frappant directement les installations ou tombant à proximité et les surtensions transmises par des services entrants, principalement les réseaux d'alimentation et de communication. Elle traite en outre des plus efficaces mesures de protection additionnelles, destinées aux installations dont la protection de base est insuffisante.Une partie de la présente Recommandation porte sur les risques d'atteinte corporelle encourus par le personnel présent sur le site pendant les orages.La présente Recommandation est fondée sur un concept issu du Comité d'études 81 de la CEI, qu'elle modifie en vue de son application aux systèmes de télécommunication.L'exemple donné dans l'Appendice I concerne un centre de télécommunication avec mât d'antenne proche. |
