Требования и возможности системы цифровых двойников для "умных" городов |
В Рекомендации МСЭ-T Y.4600 определены требования и возможности системы цифровых двойников для "умных" городов, которые могут служить для анализа сценариев использования и исследований конкретных ситуаций, разработки стратегий и определения оптимальных параметров для достижения конкретной цели города путем проведения моделирования на цифровой копии города (виртуальные города). Цифровой двойник – это цифровое представление объекта интереса, и в зависимости от конкретной области применения для его функционирования могут потребоваться различные возможности, например синхронизация между физической вещью и ее цифровым представлением, а также поддержка в реальном времени. Цифровой двойник "умного" города может быть определен как цифровой двойник для "умного" города, который возможно использовать для разработки стратегий достижения конкретных целей "умного" города путем проведения моделирования и повышения наглядности взаимодействия человека, инфраструктуры и стратегии. Цифровой двойник "умного" города открывает возможность моделирования планов до их реализации, выявляя проблемы до их возникновения. Другими словами, можно проводить моделирование на цифровой копии города (виртуальные города) до фактической реализации стратегии в реальном городе. Таким образом, возможно также определить наилучшие стратегии для реализации конкретной цели или стратегий, которые имеют аналогичные эффекты, обеспечивая при этом минимизацию бюджета и использования ресурсов. Следовательно, цифровой двойник "умного" города — это инструмент для совершенствования функционирования города, повышения его эффективности и устойчивости. |
