未来网络：指标与设计目标

ITU-T Y.3001建议书阐述了未来网络（FN）的指标和设计目标。为了将未来网络与现有网络区别开来，该建议书确定了四项指标 – 业务意识、数据意识、环境意识和社会经济意识。为实现这些指标，建议书还确定了十二项设计目标，即业务多样性、功能灵活性、资源虚拟化、数据接入、能源消耗、业务普遍化、经济激励、网络管理、移动性、优化、识别、可靠性和安全性。该建议书假设，实现未来网络的目标时间范围约为2015至2020年。附录I介绍了近期研究工作中正在开发的技术，这些技术有可能用于实现各项设计目标。
